Performance-Based Bonuses

We offer merit bonuses because of our strong belief that individual performance and professionalism contributes directly to our goal of exceeding client expectations. Unlike other consulting firms in our industry, MindPro Systems emphasizes the personal contribution of our consultants (over utilization rates or company performance). Those consultants that go "above and beyond" the call of duty will be recognized and rewarded (raise or bonus) for their efforts accordingly.
